We've identified surgical smoke as a workplace health hazard and created innovative products to protect the health and wellbeing of workers and patients from this nationally identified hazard. The company serves to resolve this hazard in areas using any surgical particle generation device. These devices include and are not limited to lasers, electrosurgical generators, and harmonic scalpels. I. C. Medical, Inc. has marketed to some specialty areas not previously targeted by competitors. These areas include Endoscopy, Gynecology, Emergency Services, and Plastic Surgery.

I. C. Medical, Inc. Customer Indemnification Policy:

The I. C. Medical, Inc. electrosurgical products carry with them the company's superior workmanship, materials, design, and the further assurance that reasonable care was utilized in the manufacture of these products. We will replace, at no charge, any electrosurgical products which fail to meet I. C. Medical, Inc.'s standards of workmanship, materials, or design. Although I. C. Medical, Inc. will not be responsible for damage after delivery, due to accident, improper use, abuse, reuse of single use devices, or failure to follow instructions provided by I. C. Medical, Inc. Included in this replacement policy are electrosurgical generators if damaged and such damage is proven to be solely caused by a defective I. C. Medical, Inc. electrosurgical product. This also covers any proven incompatibility of the I. C. Medical, Inc. product with the electrosurgical generator. Finally, I. C. Medical, Inc. will indemnify the medical facility for any loss or claims for burns proven to be caused by defective I. C. Medical, Inc. electrosurgical products, subject to the conditions that:

1. The medical facility and its associated personnel have, in all respects and at all times, adhered to the instructions provided by I. C. Medical, Inc. This includes and not limited to always placing the I. C. Medical, Inc. electrosurgical product in the holder provided and not using the patient as a surgical tray for this product.

2. The medical facility has furnished prompt records of any and all claims of damage allegedly caused by defective I. C. Medical, Inc. electrosurgical products by certified mail to I. C. Medical, Inc. at 2340 West Shangri La Road; Phoenix, AZ 85029.

3. The medical facility cooperates fully with I. C. Medical, Inc. to solve the problem and in the investigation and defense of any claim.
